All USA orders have been processed, labeled, and sent out.
If you live on the West Coast of the United States, you should be receiving your package sometime tomorrow (December 24th).
If you live in the South, Midwest, or East Coast of the United States -- you'll be receiving your package by Monday, December 27th.
For international orders -- you'll be receiving your shipment within 14-21 days.

The surveys have been sent out last week. We have partnered with Backerkit and you must have received an email with a special link to our backerkit survey. We know how excited you are to get your SURGE massage gun, so It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can, since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.🌟
A message was sent to the email you have associated with your Kickstarter account, the same email where you receive these updates. If you log in to Kickstarter via Facebook, it will be sent to the primary email address used in your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, or did not receive your survey, please email us at [email protected].
64% of the surveys have already been completed and we are only left with 36%. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. There are 4 sections to the survey:
1. Part 1: This section confirms your pledge level.
2. Part 2: You get a chance to add another Surge Massage Gun along with some other products by PROCUSSION.
3. Part 3: Shipping - An important section where we ask for your shipping information. You will be able to edit your shipping information by end of November. We will send out a separate update reminder closer to the date.
Part4: Confirm order- The last section is where you review your final order and make the balance payment.
Getting us the information helps us ensure we create the right number of each product in time to ship to you. Our deadline to lock the orders is 30th November 2021.
